Golden Treasure Fried Rice with Oats
(Recipe created by Royal China Queensway Restaurant)
Ingredients:
- 300g boiled rice
- 20g ginger, diced
- 20g mushroom, diced
- 20g enoki mushroom
- 20g oats
- 20g pineapple, diced
- egg(use egg white only)
Pineapple boat:
- pineapple (remove all pineapple flesh)
Seasonings:
- 100g Yeo’s Nasi Goreng Paste
Preparation:
- Stir fry the egg white with all ingredients. Add Yeo’s Nasi Goreng Paste and keep stir frying until slightly brown.
- Put fried rice into the pineapple bowl and cook in the oven (medium heat) for 2 minutes.
