Pork Chop with Orange
(Recipe created by Royal China Queensway Restaurant)
Ingredients:
- 200g pork chop (off bones), sliced
- 1 grapefruit
- 1 orange
Seasonings:
- 30g Yeo’s Sweet & Sour Sauce
- 5g Yeo’s Light Soy Sauce
Preparation:
- Peel the orange and cut into small pieces. Make a grapefruit bowl by removing all grapefruit flesh.
- Marinate the pork chop with Yeo’s Light Soy Sauce, pan fry the pork chop, add Yeo’s Sweet & Sour Sauce, stir fry for 1 minute.
- Pour into the grapefruit bowl, cook in the oven (medium heat) for 2 minutes and serve.
