Ezy-Cook Noodles with Black Pepper Pork Chops

Ingredients:
  • 5 pork chops
  • 2 pk Yeo’s Ezy-Cook Noodles
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 5 spring onions stalks
  • 50g bean sprouts
  • 50g onions, shredded
  • 20g each green and red peppers, shredded
Seasonings:
  • 2 tsp Yeo’s Oyster Sauce
  • 2 tsp Yeo’s Light Soy Sauce
  • 2 tsp Yeo’s Dark Soy Sauce
Preparation:
  1. Soak Yeo’s Ezy-Cook Noodles in hot water till softened, drain and set aside.
  2. Pan fry pork chop to well done and set on the plate.
  3. Stir fry spring onions, bean sprouts, onion, green and red peppers for 2 minutes, add black pepper, noodles and all the seasonings, stir fry for further 1 minute and serve.
