Satay Crispy King Prawn
(Recipe created by Four Seasons Chinese Restaurant)
Ingredients:
- 6 king prawns
- 1 egg, well beaten
- 500g breadcrumbs
Seasonings:
- 1 tbsp Yeo’s Satay Sauce
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp sugar
Preparation:
- Coat king prawns with egg and breadcrumbs, then deep fry until golden brown.
- Mix all the seasonings and stir fry into finely smooth dipping sauce.
