Satay Crispy King Prawn

(Recipe created by Four Seasons Chinese Restaurant)
 
Ingredients:
  • 6 king prawns
  • 1 egg, well beaten
  • 500g breadcrumbs
Seasonings:
  • 1 tbsp Yeo’s Satay Sauce
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp sugar
Preparation:
  1. Coat king prawns with egg and breadcrumbs, then deep fry until golden brown.
  2. Mix all the seasonings and stir fry into finely smooth dipping sauce.
