Fried Vermicelli with Vegetables and Chicken

Ingredients:
  • 150g Yeo’s Rice Vermicelli
  • 30g chicken, shredded
  • 10g each carrots, mangetouts, pickle cabbage, dried mushrooms, all shredded
  • 10g bean sprouts
Seasonings:
  • 1 tsp Yeo’s Pure Sesame Oil
  • 1/3 tsp salt
Preparation:
  1. Soak Yeo’s Rice Vermicelli in hot water till softened, drain well and set aside.
  2. Mix chicken with all seasonings.
  3. Stir fry carrots, mangetouts, pickle cabbages, dried mushrooms, bean sprouts and chicken. Add water (2 tsp) and cook for a while, add rice vermicelli and stir fry until done.
