Chilled Duck Salad with Jelly Fish

(Recipe created by ChuChinChow Chinese & Malaysian Restaurant)
 
Ingredients:
  • 500g jelly fish
  • 500g roast duck, finely shredded
  • 1/2 cucumber, finely shredded
  • spring onion, finely shredded
  • red chilli, finely shredded
  • 1tsp roasted sesame seeds
Seasonings:
  • 2 tsp Yeo’s Hot Chilli Sauce
  • 2 tsp Yeo’s Sweet Chilli Sauce
  • 2 tsp Yeo’s Chilli Sauce with Garlic
  • 1 tsp Yeo’s Pure Sesame Oil
Preparation:
  1. Soak jelly fish in water over a day, drain and shredded.
  2. Put all ingredients on the plate and mix with the seasonings.
  3. Add Yeo’s Pure Sesame Oil and sesame seeds on top and serve.
