Chilled Duck Salad with Jelly Fish
(Recipe created by ChuChinChow Chinese & Malaysian Restaurant)
Ingredients:
- 500g jelly fish
- 500g roast duck, finely shredded
- 1/2 cucumber, finely shredded
- spring onion, finely shredded
- red chilli, finely shredded
- 1tsp roasted sesame seeds
Seasonings:
- 2 tsp Yeo’s Hot Chilli Sauce
- 2 tsp Yeo’s Sweet Chilli Sauce
- 2 tsp Yeo’s Chilli Sauce with Garlic
- 1 tsp Yeo’s Pure Sesame Oil
Preparation:
- Soak jelly fish in water over a day, drain and shredded.
- Put all ingredients on the plate and mix with the seasonings.
- Add Yeo’s Pure Sesame Oil and sesame seeds on top and serve.
