Spicy Jumbo Prawns
(Recipe created by Teachi Restaurant)
Ingredients:
- 8 jumbo prawns
- 6pcs tip of asparagus
- fresh chilli
- 10g each red and green pepper, chopped
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp minced ginger
Seasonings:
- 1 tbsp Yeo’s Sweet Chilli Sauce
- ˝ tbsp Yeo’s Hot Bean Sauce
- 1 tbsp Yeo’s Plum Sauce
Preparation:
- Stir fry garlic and ginger in 1 tbsp of hot oil.
- Add all ingredients and seasonings, stir fry for another 2 minutes until everything are cooked, serve hot.
