Ezy-Cook Noodles with Seafood in Soup

Ingredients:
  • 100g Yeo’s Ezy-Cook Noodles
  • 3 pcs squid
  • 3 pcs king prawns
  • 3 pcs scallops
  • 10g broccoli
  • 10g carrot, shredded
  • bowl of chicken stock soup
Seasonings:
  • 1 tsp Yeo’s Hot Bean Sauce
Preparation:
  1. Cook all the ingredients (except the noodles) in boiled water until cooked, drain and set aside.
  2. Boil Yeo’s Ezy-Cook Noodles with the chicken stock soup. Add all seasonings and the cooked ingredients then serve.
