Beef Roll with Enoki Mushrooms

(Recipe created by Golden Dragon Chinese Restaurant)
 
Ingredients:
  • slices of beef
  • 40g enoki mushrooms
  • 20g asparagus, chopped
Seasonings:
  • ½ tbsp Yeo’s Pure Sesame Oil
  • ¼ tsp salt
Dipping sauces:
  • 3 tbsp Yeo’s Satay Sauce
  • 3 tbsp Yeo’s Hot Chilli Sauce
Preparation:
  1. Marinate the beef will all seasonings.
  2. Roll the beef mushrooms and asparagus.
  3. Pan fry the beef rolls until cooked and serve. Dip with Yeo’s Satay Sauce and Yeo’s Hot Chilli Sauce.
