Crispy Singapore Rice Vermicelli with Satay Squid
(Recipe created by Dragon Castle Chinese Restaurant)
Ingredients:
- 120g Yeo’s Rice Vermicelli
- 100g squid
- 10g onion, shredded
- 10g green pepper, shredded
- 10g minced garlic
Seasonings:
- 2 tbsp Yeo’s Satay Sauce
- 1 tbsp coconut milk
- ˝ tsp chicken stock
Preparation:
- Soak Yeo’s Rice Vermicelli in hot water till softened and drain.
- Stir fry rice vermicelli with hot oil until both sides become slightly brown and set aside.
- Stir fry the rest of the ingredients and seasonings, then pour next to the rice vermicelli, serve hot.
