Spicy Mango King Prawns
(Recipe created by Royal China Club Restaurant)
Ingredients:
- 3 king prawns
- 3 pieces of fresh mango
- 3 slices of cooked egg white
Seasonings:
- 1 tbsp Yeo’s Chilli Sauce with Garlic
- 5 tbsp fresh mango juice
Preparation:
- Chill Yeo’s Chilli Sauce with Garlic in a fridge for an hour so that it becomes thicker, then mix with the fresh mango juice.
- Steam the king prawns, then remove the shells. Skew each king prawn with a piece of mango and put it on a slice of cooked egg white.
- Pour the mixed sauce on top of the plate and serve.
