Stir Fried Vegetables


Ingredients:
  • 3 tbsp YEO’S BLACK BEAN SAUCE
  • 2 tbsp Cooking Oil
  • 150g Mushrooms, halved
  • 300g chopped Mixed Vegetables (broccoli, corn, red bell pepper, carrot)
  • 300ml Water
  • 1 tsp YEO’S PURE SESAME OIL
Cooking instructions:
  1. Stir fry mushrooms and vegetables in heated oil for 1 minute.
  2. Add YEO’S BLACK BEAN SAUCE, water and simmer till vegetables are cooked.
  3. Add YEO’S PURE SESAME OIL, mix well and serve.
