Singapore Style Curry Noodles
Ingredients:
- 1 Jar YEO’S LAKSA PASTE
- 200g Noodles, cooked
- 30g Bean sprouts, blanched
- 80g Chicken Fillet, diced
- 40g Long Beans, cut into 1 cm length
- 50g Medium Prawns, boiled and de-shelled
Cooking instructions:
- Add chicken, long beans and YEO’S LAKSA PASTE into 300ml boiling water. Stir well and bring to boil.
- Simmer until chicken is cooked. Pour over noodles.
- Garnish with bean sprouts and prawns. Serve hot.
