Satay Chicken on Skewers


Ingredients:
  • 180g Chicken Fillet (cubed)
  • 80g each of Onion, Mango, Cucumber (all cubed)
Seasonings:
  • 4 tbsp YEO’S SATAY SAUCE
  • 2 tsp YEO’S LIGHT SOY SAUCE
  • 1 tbsp Coconut Milk
  • 2 tsp Honey, finely chopped Lemongrass, Onion and Peanut Granules
Procedures:
  1. Marinade chicken with soy sauce for 1 hour, skew chicken pieces onto skewer, grill until cooked.
  2. Mix all the seasonings and heat up to serve as a dipping sauce.
