Satay Chicken on Skewers
Ingredients:
- 180g Chicken Fillet (cubed)
- 80g each of Onion, Mango, Cucumber (all cubed)
Seasonings:
- 4 tbsp YEO’S SATAY SAUCE
- 2 tsp YEO’S LIGHT SOY SAUCE
- 1 tbsp Coconut Milk
- 2 tsp Honey, finely chopped Lemongrass, Onion and Peanut Granules
Procedures:
- Marinade chicken with soy sauce for 1 hour, skew chicken pieces onto skewer, grill until cooked.
- Mix all the seasonings and heat up to serve as a dipping sauce.
